dusty room beer cans
the breakfast spread was good.
my room was dusty and had a used cigarette packed behind the main door! i was shocked the room was not cleaned properly before it was assigned to me. the entire hotel is pretty but so badly maintained, the desk near the lift is also dusty and had beer cans on them.

lift access basic information
The check-in process went wrong as there was no explanation about the lift access. I had to ask about basic information, like where the breakfast was served, though it should had been mentioned earlier. I felt this was not the standard I expected from a hotel of this class.

slow service ratty towels
the staff was friendly! but the location was good.
the service was slow. the bathrooms were small, and towels were ratty. i did not feel that the hotel was a taj hotel AT ALL.
